It is critical to properly prepare a home or investment property for sale, and it is important that every aspect of our listing brings the maximum number of qualified buyers and the highest and best price for your property.

To achieve that, I will:

  • · Educate you about current market conditions and give you the information you need to make the decisions that are right for you.
  • · Prepare a professional Comparable Market Analysis to help determine the best marketing price. We will see the competition before we publish the price and make any adjustments necessary.
  • · Respond promptly to all your communications, and communicate in your desired way – phone call, in person, email, or text.
  • · Recommend which “pre-sale” inspections are appropriate for your property. Be present at all inspections representing you and your interests. I am your advocate.
  • · Provide a list of excellent subcontractors and coordinate any work necessary.
  • · Prepare the home for sale using a staging professional.
  • · Implement the “Maximum Exposure Market Plan” for optimum exposure.
  • · Negotiate strongly and skillfully to protect your best interests. Negotiate with every offer, to better achieve your desired price and terms.
  • · Assist you in evaluating the merits of all offers. Call the lenders and verify the information to make sure the buyers are really qualified.
  • · Be by your side at escrow closing to make sure all items are correct.
  • · Provide a complete file on line or on flash drive after close of escrow so you have all the documents you need for tax purposes.
